東海大學創意設計暨藝術學院持續拓展與東南亞地區的國際連結。2026 年本院將透過學術教育、建築實務、國際工作坊、系列講座及展覽策劃等多元合作，進一步深化與泰國及東南亞地區的學術及專業關係。
此項新教學研究計劃目的在促成本院各系與泰國頂尖大學、建築機構及專業組織之間的長期合作。透過這些合作，師生將有機會交流知識、參與國際工作坊與講座、探索建築實務，並為臺灣與泰國之間的文化及學術交流建立嶄新平台。
其中一項重點計畫，是本院即將與泰國皇家贊助暹羅建築師協會（The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage）展開合作，聚焦於國際講座及展覽機會。此合作將為兩國的學生、教育工作者、建築師及設計專業人士提供重要平台，使其得以分享觀點，並針對當代建築與設計展開深度且具意義的對話。
此項倡議亦獲得泰國皇家贊助暹羅建築師協會展覽主席暨首席策展人-洪人傑教授的支持。本院特邀創立位於曼谷的建築事務所「HAS design and research」，並於泰國朱拉隆功大學建築學院的洪人傑教授擔任本院榮譽顧問，藉其在泰國學術界與專業領域的人脈網絡，學院正積極開拓國際合作與知識交流的新契機。
這些努力將使東海大學的學術社群與泰國的大學、建築組織及專業實務界建立連結，為師生參與國際設計社群創造更多可能性。
學院視此項倡議為建構更堅實的國際網絡、拓展教育視野的重要一步。透過建築、設計、教育與文化交流串聯臺灣和泰國，學院期望為新世代設計師與建築師創造深具意義的發展機會。
未來本院將持續推動與泰國學術機構及專業組織的合作，建立涵蓋國際教育、建築交流、工作坊、講座、展覽及專業實務的永續平台。透過上述倡議，學院期望進一步強化全球視野，使師生能在日益緊密連結的國際設計社群中拓展定位與影響力。
College of Fine Arts and Creative Design Strengthens Future Collaboration with Southeast Asia
The College of Fine Arts and Creative Design at Tunghai University continues to expand its international connections across Southeast Asia. In 2026, the College of Fine Arts and Creative Design is taking a significant step toward strengthening its academic and professional relationships with Thailand and the wider Southeast Asian region through a series of future collaborations in academic education, architectural practice, international workshops, lecture series, and exhibition curation. The new initiative aims to establish long-term connections between the College of Fine Arts and Creative Design and leading Thai universities, architectural institutions, and professional organizations. Through these collaborations, students and faculty members will have opportunities to exchange knowledge, participate in international workshops and lectures, explore architectural practices, and develop new platforms for cultural and academic exchange between Taiwan and Thailand.
One of the key highlights is the College of Fine Arts and Creative Design’s upcoming collaboration with The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage in Thailand, focusing on international lectures and exhibition opportunities. This collaboration will provide an important platform for students, educators, architects, and design professionals from both countries to share ideas and engage in meaningful dialogue on contemporary architecture and design. The initiative is also supported by Professor Jenchieh Hung, exhibition chairman and principal curator of The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage. Professor Jenchieh Hung is a distinguished professor of the College of Fine Arts and Creative Design, Tunghai University and the co-founder of the Bangkok-based architectural firm Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS design and research, together with Professor Kulthida Songkittipakdee. Through Professor Jenchieh Hung’s academic and professional connections in Thailand, the College of Fine Arts and Creative Design is developing new opportunities for international cooperation and knowledge exchange. These efforts will connect Tunghai University’s academic community with Thai universities, architectural organizations, and professional practices, creating new possibilities for students and faculty to engage with the international design community.
